Terms and General Conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all booking on nasholidays website or the supply of services by Flynas to all passengers; and no additions or alterations or terms inconsistent herewith shall have effect unless expressly accepted in writing by an authorised representative of Flynas. These Conditions shall prevail over any terms and/or conditions in the passengers" order or any other document or communication issued by the passengers or implied by trade usage, custom, practice or course of dealing except where specifically agreed in writing by an authorised representative of Flynas.
  2. Packages available for booking on nasholidays website - operated by a third party supplier who will be the merchant on record in respect of bookings and payments made- may consist of a combination of flight, hotel stay and activities. nasholidays acts as a facilitator to allow you to combine the booking of the elements of your package through one single channel. However, any services that form part of your package such as hotel accommodation and activities (Services), are provided by third party destination manager, hotel or activity provider (Third Parties) and are subject to the terms and conditions of such Third Parties and any other terms and conditions of supply of the Services.
  3. Nasholidays disclaims all liability in respect of i) the accuracy of the information (including rates, and availability) provided by the Third Parties as made available on the nasholidays website, (ii) the Services, (iii) any (personal) injury, death, damage to property, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive) damages, losses, or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, arising from the acts or omissions, breaches, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or misrepresentations of the Third Parties or their employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives, subcontractors, or affiliated companies, in connection with the Services.
  4. Your booking is confirmed after full payment of the package price is received by us and a booking reference number and your ticket(s) are issued as stated in booking confirmation email sent by us.
  5. All packages are FINAL and CANNOT BE CANCELLED, REFUNDED, CHANGED, EXCHANGED OR TRANSFERRED to other individuals.
  6. Taxes and surcharges are generally included in the package price. There may be exceptions where tax must be paid locally upon check-in as required by local regulators and authorities.
  7. If your trip involves any international destinations, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the relevant visa or transit visa and travel with a passport with validity of at least 6 months, and that you comply with all immigration requirements.
  8. The flight time you choose for a package holiday is not guaranteed and the airline may change flight times and conditions. our guests who have purchased a package holiday have agreed that they will not request any cancellation or refund due to these changes.
  9. Flight times may change at the discretion of flynas. It is important to reconfirm your flight departure times and terminal with the airline at least 24 hours before departure.
  10. Fees may be charged by flynas, for preferred seat selection, baggage handling, excess baggage or wheelchair services. Please note that fees are determined and charged by the airline and may vary anytime.
  11. All passengers are subjected to the applicable flight fare rules and restrictions in accordance to the flight tickets purchased and flight times shown as local times.
  12. In the event you fail to show up for your flight or fail to check-in the hotel booked in the package, the booking will lapse and not be substitutable for other hotels, or refunded, nor any credit given for any unused portion of the package and cannot be used for future purchases.
  13. All packages confirmed are subject to nasholidays Terms and Condition, flynas General Conditions of Carriage and also the respective hotel policies and Terms and Conditions.
  14. Packages purchased do not include any transfer to/ from the arrival airport to the hotel, or any connection (unless otherwise specified in the package details) and nasholidays is not responsible for such onward transfer, or any consequential disruption or expenses or losses howsoever caused.
  15. At time of booking, all special requests including but not limited to non-smoking rooms / adjoining / interconnecting / disabled room will be made known to the hotel. These are subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel.
  16. If you purchase your package holiday with a credit card, the entire sales transaction takes place between you and the bank to which the card is linked. For this reason, we do not accept any responsibility for your credit card transactions, if the payment is not fully or properly processed, or for any other problems you encounter. In case of such a dispute, we would like to remind you that you should solve this problem with your bank. For the purchases you make with a credit card, return and cancellation conditions of the banks of the card you are using are valid.
  17. Flynas and hotels may refuse carriage or acceptance of you, your guests or your baggage if, in the exercise of our reasonable discretion, we determine either that the payment of your package is fraudulent or the booking of your package has been done fraudulently, unlawfully or has been purchased from a person not authorized by nasholidays.
  18. Nasholidays disclaims any liability for the use, validity, quality, suitability or fitness of the services provided and makes no representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind in this respect, whether implied, statutory or otherwise, You acknowledge and agree that the relevant Third Party is solely responsible and assumes all responsibility and liability in respect of their Services provided.
  19. Car rentals - when purchasing a package holiday, it is possible to include a car rental service in your package. As nasholidays, we are the intermediary between you and the company renting the vehicle. In other words, we bring you together with car rental companies. we only ensure that the car rental request is forwarded to the car hirer. we would like to underline that the rules in the car rental agreement that you will sign with the car rental company when you take the car during your package holiday are valid and that this agreement is valid for solving all the problems you may encounter regarding car rental.
  20. Flynas will use all reasonable endeavours to perform the services to any booking schedule agreed or within a reasonable period of time. However, Flynas shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of the services if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The package holiday you purchased may be delayed/cancelled due to some emergency, uncontrollable or unpredictable event. These events, called "force majeure", can be listed as follows: Natural disasters or epidemics such as, but not limited to, earthquakes, fires, volcanic eruptions, floods, storms, hurricanes, fog, avalanches, lightning, mutation of existing epidemic diseases, epidemics caused by nuclear, chemical disasters and similar situations and emergencies without being limited to these.
  21. This Nasholidays package shall be governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia and passengers hereby submits to the applicable courts save that Flynas shall retain the right to bring proceedings against the passengers in any other court which has jurisdiction.
